Task buttons gets larger than (left or right) taskbar width while attempting to increase width beyond limit

• Start menu on the left or right
• Open RAPPS
• Increase taskbar width above mid screen
• Taskbar width is at the maximum BUT the width of buttons still increases

• As soon a mouse drag is released, buttons gets back to their nominal max size

• Similarly affects left or right docking, in both case buttons get too far to the right
