2nd stage setup: "crazy" 3rd party component selection / focus

• 2nd stage setup page, 3rd party component page
• Select an item (no blue background, just focus)
• Scroll with UP/DOWN keyboard to have the scroll bar "move" below the initially displayed elements
• Blue background on some elements (the one initially off screen), not others, unable to revert
• May due to the use of LBS_NOSEL https://git.reactos.org/?p=reactos.git;a=blob;f=dll/win32/syssetup/lang/fr-FR.rc;hb=75c0dc0cd850a503413175d24fab3b23c1360ec0#l19 
• Expected: only focus element to change, nothing with "blue" selected background
