      • 2nd stage setup page, 3rd party component page
      • Select an item (no blue background, just focus)
      • Scroll with UP/DOWN keyboard
      • Blue background on some elements (the one initially off screen), not others, unable to revert
      • Expected: only focus element to change, nothing with "blue" selected background
