[Comctl32] 7-Zip File Manager: File Path Combobox does not react when "ENTER" is hit

7-zip 24.08 from RAPPS

• Open 7-Zip File Manager
• Edit the "Address" combo box then hit enter
• Icon gets blue but path is not taken into account
• Wine 9.20 is affected the same way as mentionned in https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57178 and it's likely due to a missing forward of unhandled WM_NOTIFY as proposed for fix in this one liner : https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/6737
