Explorer: Can't add disk root to favorites

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.16-dev-254-g30b4024-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open C: (or D:, G:....)
      • Menu: Favorites > Add to favorites
      • No effect, not added to Favorites
      • Nothing in logs
      • Not affected by CORE-19824 (no undue .lnk created in C: root)
