[comctl32] Edit: Incorrect caret blinking after CTRL+A

• Open Run dialog
• Type a word
• Put caret in the middle
• CTRL+A
• Caret remains "blinking" in the middle, and using Left/Right moves caret from its position
• No Caret, all text selected, Left should put caret before word and Right should put caret after word
