    Description

ReactOS 0.3.1 detects hardware and devices but doesn't install actually anything.
I tried to install network cards (VIA Rhine II and Realtek8139) . ReactOS detects these cards. When I give the path to the driver, the right name of the device is displayed, but it doesn't work . The .inf file has been copied to ReactOS\Inf subfolder , but the .sys file(Driver) has not been copied to ReactOS\System32\Drivers subfolder. Nothing seems to have been written in the registry. The network card I try to install doesn't appear in Network properties. I can see only the already installed 8029 network card. This bug didn't exist in ReactOS 0.30. I think it' s a regression.
