Offical Realtek 8139 drivers do not work in ReactOS.

      These are the two drivers I tried with 0.2.9 on my hardware rig with an 8139B. I
      extracted the inf, cat, and sys files into ReactOS\inf. Reboot and I get the
      "You need to reboot to finish your netcard installation" dialog. So I reboot,
      and get it again. That's it, both drivers just prompt me each time, every
      reboot. They drivers do not install.
