Regression - Realtek 8139 fails to install during boot

Trunk R 29134 in real HW

During Boot #3 , the install setup wizard has detected the nic and asked for driver . I provided location of the directory whet the driver files are ( . inf , . sys) .
An error messgae is displayed in the install setup wizard indicating that the driver fails to install.
