Wine IE: ActiveX control interaction warning prompt is missing

This is about Wine Gecko described in ticket CORE-19993 and GenCalcMicrocode.htm described here CORE-19939   

In WinXP, when I click button "Gen microcode files", after it print "Pass Two", Ask me for verification,

and after I verificate, it generate two files with microcode.

but on ReactOS it does not ask for verification,
