      reactos-bootcd-0.4.16-dev-927-g467dec4-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Using the TTS_BALLON from https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/7810

      • Missing most of the black outline

      • Screenshot from PRs seemed ok

      • Sample app show it correctly too in ReactOS (but not using the exact same class settings & styles)
