[usp10] Caret gets broken in Edit (incl Combobox) when using long texts

• Open any text edit (or combobox editable field)
• Copy content from long_url.txt
• Paste in the field
• Unable to move caret with keyboard, select all, home/end....
• Likely cause for CORE-20177 too
