      reactos-livecd-0.4.16-dev-1614-g61d72b5-x86-gcc-lin-dbg (but leading to CORE-19017)
      reactos-livecd-0.4.16-dev-1615-g27e147a-x86-gcc-lin-dbg (unintentionally implementing CORE-11397)

      Guilty commit: g27e147a from hbelusca 

      • Start Menu > Log off
      • No effect
      • Log says

      (win32ss/user/winsrv/usersrv/shutdown.c:672) NtUserSetInformationThread returned STATUS_PENDING
