Assertion in RAPPS when "looped refresh" on item with screenshot while executed in Windows 11

While testing CORE-20697 in Windows 11 ... another symptom found

• Use RAPPS in Windows 11
• Go to "Code::Blocks (without compiler)" or any other with embedded screenshot
• Leave F5 pressed
