Ctrl+C displays one more page before stopping

    Description

      In cmd a command like "dir /p" ctrl+c should stop the command.
      It stops only after one extra page.
      If at the prompt you push and release ctrl it is handled like a letter key

      In base/shell/cmd/misc.c PagePrompt seems like the keyEvent has the wrong value
