taskmgr: missing parts

    Description

      the taskmanager is missing:
      1. a big graph of cpu usage that displays when you double-click on a graph ...
      2. a menu item "shutdown" with shutdown, logoff, etc. (I thing this isnt a big problem to do it, because it can refer to others programs, or can not?)
      3. the tables "network" and "users"

      I thing that a displayed memory in a status bar can be viewed in MB, because it is a smaller and summary number (some version of xp have it so)
