Floppy driver causes hang on startup

      I got this bug to occur on a Dell Inspiron B120 with 512MB of RAM. Unfortunately, it does not have a serial port so I posted the screen output. I used r28456 with the /DEBUGPORT=COM1 /SOS switches to find the failing driver which was floppy.sys. I commented out the lines in hivesys.inf and rebuilt and it booted. Win98 recognized a Removable Drive A: when none existed so I think it a has something along the lines of a floppy controller. Windows XP and Windows Vista do not have have that issue.
