Description
Currently, there is no HTML Help support in ReactOS.
On the one hand, "hh.exe" and "hhctrl.ocx" don't work under ReactOS (here we miss a HTML engine and probably a bit more stuff).
On the other hand, the ReactOS source tree does not contain the needed compilers for creating CHM files yet.
I assign this bug to Ged as he made the first steps for adding HTML Help support.
This bug also blocks CORE-1674 where a user created some HTML files. They should be compiled into CHM files later in my opinion (after some changes, of course).
