.NET 1.1 Setup crashes on registering Typeliberaries

    Description

      When you try to install the .NET Framework 1.1 on ROS, the setup pauses saying Typeliberaries are registered successfully and then the system BSODs. If this Bug could be fixed, some of the .NET programms could run on ROS because the BSOD appears at the end of the setup.
