logoff kills only explorer.exe

      Created an attachment (id=3224)
      The 'press control-alt-delete' window was moved around.

      Hi!
      When you try Start->Logoff, explorer.exe process is killed, but other programs keep running. The background, where explorer was painted, gets crashed.
