CDFS - Data Corruption

Created an attachment (id=3487)
The path in the CD and the same path in a virtual HD.

Official 39191.

I downloaded mines perfect portable (see url), I made a CD containing it.
Using this path:

root\Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect

there are 3 directories there and 3 files.

Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\boards
Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\help
Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\logs
Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\changes.txt
Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\copying.txt
Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\mineperf.exe

If I copy the full path to a vhd:

vhd_root\Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect
vhd_root\Games\Mines-PerfectPortable\App\Mines-Perfect\Boards, etc.

I have no problems seeing them. But in the CD, getting there with explorer I see the files are 0 bytes, and the folders aren't recognized. See screenshot comparing the cd and the vhd in two separate windows.
