configure screensavers blocks desk.cpl

if you invoke the configuration of the selected screensaver the desk.cpl (screensaver.c) lost control of the subprocess and wait in an endless loop (WaitForSettingsDialog) for the end of the subprocess (the system load reaches 100% and the desk.cpl doesn't handle messages anymore).
