Loging on is endless

    Description

      Can not log on.

      There is how to reproduce (using VMware):
      1. Boot up.
      2. Start, Log Off, Yes.
      3. Send Ctrl+Alt+Del.
      4. You are in endless loop, "Welcome to ReactOS" window won't go away.

      Note: consider it making Windows 7 like, so, login picture is customized.
