Strange behavior for Create Shortcut (r53535)

    Description

      "Create Shortcut" (right click -> New -> Shortcut) doesn't take abstract things like "My Computer", or "Control Panel". Other items, like "Internet Settings" are taken, but unhandled (causing messagebox error).
