IDS_DEV_DEVLOADER_NOT_READY2 "This display adapter is functioning correctly."

this is of course, between "IDS_DEV_DEVLOADER_NOT_READY" and "IDS_DEV_DEVLOADER_NOT_READY3", each being defined for a more appropriate string given their suggestive name.
