Mouse cursor is not updated over disabled Windows

    Description

      Use the testapp from CORE-1573
      Click in the 1st Window on File menu then change. Now the 2nd Window is disabled. When you move the mouse pointer over it, the mouse cursor stays like it was outside of the window.
      Tested in r57287
