mshtml: ConnectionPoint_Advise crashes when called with null cookie pointer.

    Description

      mshtml's connectionpoint Advise function crashes with SEGV is pointer to cookie is NULL.

      It is not yet verified by testcase that MS' code also behaves like this, but needs to be verified.
