MDI minimized window looks like normal window with changed first system button

    Description

      MDI minimized window looks like normal window with changed first system button. Client areas of these windows aren't refreshed.
      The toolbars have green colour but shall have the same like interface.
      The main window is maximized at position (0,0) but shall be maximized at position (-4,-4).
      The popup menu (2.jpg) is right-aligned but shall have been left-aligned.
      The ConTEXT is visible twice in ALT-TAB menu but shall be only once.

      Tested with "ConTEXT editor".
