VESA modes crash Bochs since r56112

    Description

      Commit 56112 enables PnP in VBE. As a result, Bochs crashes after the logo screen disappears if a VESA mode is selected during first-stage installation. VGA can be selected during first-stage installation as a workaround, reducing ReactOS to 16 colors. This issue remains through r57693.
