Explorer: drawing issues with theming

Running explorer-new in WinXP with themes enabled currently shows three kinds of drawing issues:

• the start button has some incorrectly drawn edges. Disappears after a second or so
• the bottom of the task bar is not correctly redrawn
• Task Manager's tray icon has a black border
  (for the first two, quickly move a window over the task bar to provoke the issue)
