Description
We should ship a theme by default. The Lautus theme by Pisarz has been available for this and seems to have no licensing problems. It was already shipped with 0.3.14-CLT2012.
I have a patch by Christoph that brings the theme's sources into a suitable form. It needs to be tested with all build environments, and the resulting theme should work on Windows.
It must be decided whether the theme should be enabled by default. It should at least be readily available though, so that it can be simply activated using only Display Properties (i.e. Themes service should default to Automatic).
