calc is missing border icons when Lautus theme applied

    Description

      Apply Lautus theme in Properties for Display dialog, Appearance tab.
      Run calc.exe
      Calculator window results in window with no border icons. See attached screenshot.
      Same happens with msconfig.exe
      r61642.
