    Description

      Hello,
      There are new users of ReactOS every day. But what if they only used Mac or Linux all their lives?
      My suggestion is that we should start writing Help documents for ReactOS, so if they need help for say, finding new hardware, they would know how.

      I don't want Help implemented straight away. I only want it implemented in 0.4.1.
