Minor Description
Wordpad was very wineish, it had an icon with bottle and had "Wine Wordpad" as Titlebar text.
I removed the Wine parts inside the strings and took a new icon from the Faenza icon set.
I also created the lang and res directories and located resources there for wordpad and write as this matches all or at least most other rosapps source code style.
