Text in 'Save As' dialog item 'File name' is not selected

    Description

      Install Notepad++ (6.1.2) https://drive.google.com/uc?id=0B2d0UoGDxVqTOTZ3NktsQWh0MjQ&export=download

      Run notepad+.exe, type 'Hello', hit Ctrl+S and 'Save As' dialog will appear. 'File name' field is focused, but text is not selected. Text is selected when testing with Notepad. Because of this 'zz_notepad+_6.1.2_test: 6.new_document' test fails (see screenshot at https://reactos.org/sites/all/modules/reactos/testman/detail.php?id=13388700&prev=13386702).
