Ros ATL headers are missing aggregation support

    Description

      Some features of the Shell require aggregated interfaces, but the ATL headers don't have the necessary support to use DECLARE_ONLY_AGGREGATABLE or DECLARE_POLY_AGGREGATABLE in the class definitions.
