On real hardware ps2 keyboard lights get off during ros boot

    Description

      During the boot of reactos build 63288 the light of caps lock, num lock and scroll lock turn off and pressing the respective key to activate the light didn't turn on but result on that case.

      I include the debug.log (that Hbelusca already saw)
