plural forms for arabic translation

I resquest a feature that is important for arabic translation, that is, if a phrase contain a number before (a countable noun), then the noun will take some form according to the number, i think that RC files doesn't support that.

this feature is available in linux distributions via gettext, but isn't available in windows, i wonder if there is some trick to do it, we want to know before starting translation to know what to do ,thanks in advance.
