    Description

      For details see: CORE-7821

      Installing official Intel graphic drivers will show this line on the debug log at every boot:

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/display.c:305) err: No GRAPHICS_DEVICE found

      Just after loading the graphic driver installed.

      Maybe fixing this behavior can avoid other some bugs related to that drivers.

      If you need more test please advice me.
