Acrobat Reader 11 Installation fails (mspatcha.dll)

    Description

      The setup taken from here ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/11.x/11.0.09 works fine at the first look, but ends abruptly at the real setup process. Attached log shows this shortly before cancelling the setup:
