libframedyn build error with msbuild

Building libframedyn (from latest source) with msbuild is broken since svn commit of spec2def revision 64039.
It produces a broken libframedyn_stubs.asm (see attached files).
Error messages during build are attached in build-with-msbuild-output.txt.
Using spec2def.c from < svn revision 64039 repairs the error.
