mkhive crashes during 64 bit msbuild

    Description

      During 64 bit msbuild mkhive crashes, see attached screenshot.
      The cause is that the required _LP64 define is not set.
      The attached patch will do this for MSVC builds.
      If it is required for non-MSVC builds too adapt it please.
