Smart Defrag 3.3.0 lures ROS into BSOD (although it can run for a short time ;) )

    Description

      Smart Defrag 3.3.0 from IObit installs fine, the app runs, it can even start analyzing
      the partition, but eventually it freezes and a nice bsod is revealed.
      The image is from the SmartDefrag internal error report. I hope the info helps trace the problem.
