Explorer_new: Window title after path change updates only after another click

    Description

      r65524, VirtualBox 4.3.12.

      Window title and icon aren't updated immediatelly when browsing using new explorer.
      Reproduction:

      • open My Computer
      • go to a mounted CD
      • observe "My Computer" still in the window title
      • click among the folder items
      • observe window title and icon updating to the actual state
