PS/2 Scroll wheel does not work

The scroll wheel on a PS/2 mouse does not work. The PS/2 mouse I'm using works in Windows XP but not in ReactOS. I tested a USB mouse and the scroll wheel works. This probably also explains why people can't scroll in Virtual Box if a PS/2 mouse is selected in the VM settings.
