Chinese character cannot display

I installed bootcd-65822-rel.iso and wanted to try to use Chinese Environment. But no Chinese font is provided in the fonts folder and now English letters are well rendered. See ReactOS_screenshot_1.png.
I assumed the English font is Tahoma and in the registry of Chinese version, I noticed that MS Shell Dlg and several other font substitutes point to Droid Sans Fallback. So I downloaded the font from https://github.com/android/platform_frameworks_base/tree/master/data/fonts and I found that the font viewer could not view the English letters of the font. And I clicked to install the font and I encountered the situation in ReactOS_screenshot_2.png. Finally I restarted the virtual machine and found that the font is not installed. Is there a bug in that?
