Opening the start menu by using the start key causes the same cursor to be used

When the user opens the start menu using the start key on the keyboard, the mouse cursor used is the same one before the menu was opened. Ex: hovering over the taskbar and have the resize cursor popup and then use the start key to open the start menu. The cursor will be the resize cursor until one closes the menu.
