quartz Mediaseeking position changes from wine-staging break tests

This seems to be caused by these changes:
https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/tree/master/patches/quartz-MediaSeeking_Positions

And for all I can see, they should break on Wine too!

aminekhaldi do you know if it's know that that happens (i.e. do they just not care about tests), or if maybe it really fails on ROS only and not on Wine?
