Start Menu: Run item with unique mnemonic

Frqeuently used options in menus should have a unique mnemonic (character) that
they are activated with. Then they can be activated with a single keystroke. The
"Run" option in the start menu is a frequently used one.
Now pressing R opens the "Recent Documents" submenu. If "Recent Documents" is
keeping R as mnemonic the "Run" option should have U or N as a menmonic.
(It is said that U is sometimes used for "Shutdown" in MS Windows.)
