RTC failure when closing Wine Internet Explorer

/RTCs complains in mshtml!CustomDoc_Release after:

            nsIDOMWindowUtils_CycleCollect(window_utils, NULL, 0);

nsIDOMWindowUtils::SetCriticalDisplayPortForElement should be removed since it's no longer present in Gecko. This will re-align the vtable.
